Thank you for your research work supporting this document and for a well written draft.

A agree with Spencers comments on scaling from DDoS attacks and with Warren's comments.

I only caught one other typo that I didn't see mentioned in another review.  Section 7:
   These battery-operated or energy scavenging nodes do
   not have enough power to be stay on at all times.
