Hi ,

Let us take a set up like this :

Router 1 --------- HUB -------------- Router 2

Router 1 :

Interface IP Address is 192.168.1.7
IGMP Query interval is 60
IGMP Robustness is 4

Router 2 :

Interface IP Address is 192.168.1.8
IGMP Query interval is 60
IGMP Robustness is 4
Querier timeout is 70

Now lets say if
i enable IGMP in Router 2.
After router 2 transmitting 2 startup queries , if i enable igmp in Route 1
and
After router 1 transmitting 2 startup queries if i disable igmp in router 1,
then after 70 seconds router 2 becomes the Querier.

Then should it continue with the rest of the start up queries pending.

Thanks,
RajaSekhar

Thanks,
RajaSekhar
