I just re-read this and found an artifact from initial versions of this 
draft that needs to be fixed.

Section 6.2: "... an email that includes a Wrong-Recipient header field,"

This should be something like: "... an email that includes a 
List-Unsubscribe-Post header field with a value of 
Wrong-Recipient=One-Click,"
