I have now moved this to the second section of "further extensions", as Matt D. suggested.

It's a question of breadth of implementation, here, I think.  Very effective if found, not found all that often.

My notes from the original conversations that led to this document was that these were *already* widely implemented, *and* present in imap4rev2, so didn't need encouragement.  Easy enough to add if we want.  Other things in this bucket:  UIDPLUS.  Also, I see we had LITERAL± in that bucket, but it's not advertised by iCloud IMAP or GIMAP, which is presumably why it didn't make the cut.
