We've had about a month.  The sentiment in Montreal was as we recall
generally supportive, and two people indicated support on the list.

The Chairs consider this work adopted, but there's an unanswered question
about merging with the IMAP OBJECTID PARTIAL work.  Bron and Mauro, could
you please opine on the best path forward from here?
