Thanks for the feedback. We have addressed this in our revised draft <https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-mailmaint-messageflag-mailboxattribute-12.html>.

> Regarding §8.1 / §8.2, Snoozed and Scheduled: this is touted as a way to allow multiple client implementations to manage actions to be performed on messages at a future time. If there is no standard method to indicate the future time at which those actions should be performed, I don't see how standardising these mailbox names is helpful.

This is an informational document rather than standards track. We are registering these with IANA to avoid naming conflicts.
