Hi Juliusz,

I am happy to do some effort related to Babel.

Yes that is right we are not interested in L2 routing (because we want many
possible different links) but we are interested in routing in L3 and to
use L2 information as DLEP or IEEE802.11 or IEEE802.15 or other, because
MANET routing use cases include nodes that may have similar or different
link capabilities.

On the other hand, there's nothing

Yes we can do that if needed, but the issue I understood from the
presentation of Donald was that we may use IEEE802.11 capability by Babel
routing (in L2 or in L3) to extend a better representation for MANET use
cases. So I am interested in Babel L3 routing but with possible using
information of L2 as we say always in our MANET work, especially in OLSRv2
and AODVv2.

I agree with you, and would like to join you to have informational_draft,
and I think this WG will be interested to work on the ability of Babel
routing in L3 while using use cases of IEEE802.11s and DLEP RFC8175.

Best Regards
