Hi, we uploaded a new review of the "QUIC as a substrate" draft. Note that this is an -00 version as we changed the name to indicate that this work is input to MASQUE. Besides a bunch of nit fixing and some rewording, we also added a bit of discussion about use of existing protocols and technology. We hope the draft will provide good input for the MASQUE BoF and use case/requirement discussion.
