In the early stages of MASQUE, David Schinazi defined what is now HTTP
Transport Authentication
<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-schinazi-httpbis-transport-auth/?include_text=1>
as
a means of authenticating a long-lived CONNECT request.

We've got interest due to our work on Pluggable Transports
<https://pluggabletransports.info/>, and have an early implementation we'd
like to test for interoperability. Is anyone on this list working on an
implementation? Might you care to undertake an IETF110 hackathon project?
