BTW, in case anyone is wondering, the diff between the existing charter and
the proposed new one is here:

All it does is add "tunneling of Ethernet packets" to the initial set of
extensions, and requires us to "coordinate with IEEE 802.3 to make sure
Ethernet concepts are correctly represented".

No one's asking but I do personally support this change :-)
