I note that this seems to be a keep-alive update only. Now that the WG 
has indicated its support of the Problem Statement (even if the Chairs 
haven't admitted that), it seems to me it would be a good idea to 
rewrite the address acquisition document to look specifically at each 
use case identified by the PS, determine whether a problem actually 
exists, and what solutions are suitable for that use case.
