Some editorial thoughts on this I-D which I tend to look at before the technicalities.

The YANG prefix registered with IANA in this I-D is not the one used in the module. This renders the module invalid IMHO.

But I do not think that either prefix is particularly useful - they are loonnngggg ... I see four or five characters as a good length for a prefix, long enough to be unique, easy to write , type, speak. I do not have a four/five character synonym to hand for multicast; mcast, multi, multc ... but nothing with ietf or model in it! The prefix can occur many times, over ten in some cases, in an XPath statement so brevity is useful.

The references in the YANG module need to be in the I-D references. I do not see
4915 -
5120 -
8401 -
8444 -
8776 -
  "I-D.ietf-bier-idr-extensions:
   I-D.ietf-bier-ospfv3-extensions: -
   I-D.ietf-bier-te-yang: -
   I-D.ietf-mpls-mldp-yang: -
  "I-D.ietf-spring-sr-replication-segment: -
   I-D.zhang-bier-babel-extensions: BIER in BABEL -
   I-D.zzhang-bier-rift: Supporting BIER with RIFT";

references for YANG identity are not required to be Normative but they should be IMHO especially when they have not yet been adopted by a WG

RFC1195 is a very old reference - try RFC9130 to see a better one

The reference to BSD is out of date - should be Revised

'contact' lacks a website

ip addresses use the format which includes the zone index - is this intended?

examples should use the addresses reserved for documentation use

As I say, I look at the admin issues first and may then come back for the technical ones.
