The WG Last Call for draft-ietf-mediaman-toplevel has ended. The result was NO CONSENSUS. The number of responses was 2. One said that the document was ready, but pointed out significant issues with some details. The other said that the document was not ready, citing the same issues. This does not represent a WG consensus to publish. The chair believes, however, that the issues raised are relatively easy to fix, and that the document, once fixed, will not require a new WG Last Call, but can be sent straight to the IESG for publication.
