It seems to me as though the IANA Considerations section is a little deficient
in that it doesn’t specifically request IANA to create the “haptics” registry.
Maybe the authors assume that’s an obvious side-effect of registering the
“haptics” top-level type — and maybe it is. I leave it to the sponsoring AD and
IANA to work out if any changes are needed.
