Here’s my opinion to the points related to clipboard formats.

OK for for 4 (as the Macintosh file types don’t exist anymore).
My suggestion was to make add “windows clipboard name” sounds unachievable. We should just entirely remove it if we leave it blank for now and change it later

The section “5. Object identifiers” sounds like the remain of an older part that is disconnected from clipboard formats.
