The people who met in person and virtually at IETF 113 for MEDIAMAN had 
consensus on the following decisions:

- Adopt draft-duerst-mediaman-toplevel as a WG document

- Make "standards track RFC" a requirement for registering a new top 
level media type (as it is today)

If you wish to raise an objection to either of these two decisions, 
please do so within a week (April 5, 2022); if no objection is heard, we 
will regard these decisions as IETF WG consensus decisions.

If someone objects, we will try to figure out if we have rough consensus 
or not. From the sense of the room in Vienna, there seemed o be little 
controversy on these points.
