None should be needed. There should be one chair slide:
- Presenting result from Last Call (1 review, in favor)
- Asserting that this represents consensus to send to IESG, and 
challenging the room to agree or argue against it

Good. The biggest issue here is whether to go for either.
- An RFC obsoleting all of RFC 6838
- An RFC obsoleting section 6 of 6838 (the suffixes part)
- An RFC only talking about the multiple suffixes issue

The presence of willing editors is a critical determinant!

Our meeting is on Thursday, so "after the publication ban ends" should 
work fine (or as good as it gets, given the constraints and the date).
