Dear all,

This new version of the MIDCOM MIB addresses the comments
received during IETF last call.

Changes include
  - description of behavior of object midcomRuleStorageTime
    in case of permanent rule entries
  - specification of default value to midcomRuleFlowDirection
  - several minor clarifications and fixes
