[mif] Updated Agenda/Goals

Hi MIF Folks,

Hui and I have put together an updated agenda that includes details  
about what we are planning to discuss/decide during the meeting  
Below).  Please review this agenda, read the indicated drafts, and be  
ready to discuss these topics during the meeting.

Presenters, please make sure that your presentations cover the topics  
indicated under each presentation.  Also, the presentation order has  
been adjusted.
