FYI - Updated draft submissions, anything above a -00 version can be posted until Monday at 17:00 PT until the submissions open up again.  For those new to the IETF, this is to give people attending the IETF enough time to read through drafts to prepare for the upcoming meeting.  I think all of the active drafts are current as the SCI draft will require consensus before an update makes sense.  The other possibilities that I am aware of would be drafts that have been presented to the WG, but not yet adopted.  Those include the forensic extension proposal and the MARF extension.
