Hi,
In section 5.3, the first sub-bullet of bullet 3 (new stream) says:
"If the received media section contains a port number of zero,
then the recipient MUST reject the partial offer as invalid
behavior: this mechanism does not support the atomic addition
and removal of the same stream."
Now, while I can't think of a use-case why anyone would send a POF with port zero (for a new stream), what is the reason for forbidding it?
