I posted to MMUSIC when I thought that the SIP-ICE draft was the best 
place to fix the problem. Roman has convinced me that it probably is 
best handled by changing JSEP, which is an RTCWEB issue rather than an 
MMUSIC issue, so that discussion is going on over there. I suspect 
anyone in a position to meaningfully comment on the topic is subscribed 
to both (so copying both lists would just result in a doubling of 
mailing list traffic for everyone), and I think it's important that the 
governance of the conversation is handled by the responsible WG chairs, 
which is why the discussion for MMUSIC documents is happening on the 
MMUSIC list, and the discussion for RTCWEB documents is handling on the 
RTCWEB list.
