Subject: [MMUSIC] New version of RID document

As noted by the automated notice, I've submitted a new version of the 
RID document, with the following main changes:

 1. I made an editorial clean-up pass.
 2. Motivation section rolled into Introduction
 3. SDES item now references separate AVTEXT document
 4. Meaning of "pt=" is now clearly defined rather than being implicit
 5. New "max-bpp" parameter, at the suggestion of Stephan Wenger
 6. Unknown "send" constraints no longer cause a negotiation failiure
 7. New section on declarative SDP


Please see section 11 for the current open issues, along with my 
recommendations. If you disagree with any of the recommendations, please 
speak up quickly.
