Hello,

This is FYI. We have a paper  on
"Compact Neighbor Discovery" (appeared in Infocom'05).

This is a "stateless" bandwidth optimization for reducing
more than 40 times the bandwidth consumed by ND-DoS in IPv6
subnets with wireless access points.

BTW, I'm looking for a simpler hash function. MD5 was
probably an overkill.
