Dear MOQ Co-chairs,

I noticed that the weekly summary that is automagically posted to the
mailing list isn't tracking the new GitHub repos that have been added to
the moq-wg organization, which isn't surprising, because the list of repos
in each summary is manually maintained.

I set the list of repos up for MOQ before the first BOF, and updated the
list when MOQ was chartered, so I may be the only person that has ever
touched that.

Given that we now have specification repositories in MOQ, I took the
liberty of adding the new repositories. I also deleted
https://github.com/fiestajetsam/draft-gruessing-moq-requirements, since
that is for an individual draft that has been replaced by a working group
version.

I left everything else. I don't think there's any harm in tracking activity
in repositories that should be inactive, but if anyone does start working
in outdated repositories that haven't been archived, at least we'll know.

The MOQ section of mls.jason in
https://github.com/ietf-github-services/activity-summary now looks like
