Hi MoQ, In the opinion of the chairs, discussions in the editors' meeting make it clear that we do not yet have consensus on the FETCH/SUBSCRIBE proposal that Cullen presented in Brisbane. You can see the proposal in #421 <https://github.com/moq-wg/moq-transport/pull/421>. The chairs asked Luke, as one of the dissenters, to produce an alternate proposal. This PR is #428 <https://github.com/moq-wg/moq-transport/pull/428> . As always, you are invited to comment on this either on the list or in the PRs themselves. Martin MoQ chair.
