The consensus call has concluded. After synthesizing the show of hands and the mailing list, the chairs conclude that there is strong consensus for DTS to be adopted as an extension described by a WG document. Will is invited to publish https://github.com/wilaw/dts4moq as draft-ietf-moq-dts4moq at his earliest opportunity. It is possible that the document later reaches a state where it could be merged into MOQT. For SWITCH, there is not yet consensus to do so, although a sizable portion of the working group is interested in this work. Gwendal is invited to reconstitute his PR as an internet-draft documenting an extension, and the chairs will consider a future consensus call for adoption of that document.
