Hi, Alan and Ted,

James and I would like to request a slot at this interim to talk about MOQ
entities and functionality, and give the working group an update on
discussions in the design team for this topic.

We expect at least some discussion, so perhaps 10 minutes for the update
and 20 minutes for discussion.

That will be a large chunk of an update for the requirements draft
<https://github.com/fiestajetsam/draft-gruessing-moq-requirements>, so we'd
like to combine those two agenda items.
