Well, oops, but hey.

Showed you a little more of how the sausages are made than I intended. Email was intended for just the WG chairs, but now you see what we get up to…

*	Chairs meet weekly
*	We work to advance the WG documents and plan other activities.

I will now sign myself up for a class on how to address emails.

Subject: [mpls] Actions from today's discussion

Adrian and Tarek in attendance

Nic doing real work

== Meeting at IETF-119 ==

Do we / don’t we?

Options:

*	Ask the WG what they want
*	Go for a virtual interim not in Brisbane
*	Meeting in Brisbane with all chairs remote (use a proxy?)

Adrian to chase Nic by email: is he going?

If not Nic travelling

*	Ask the WG what they want

If Nic travels

*	Could have a meeting with Nic in the chair

== draft-ietf-mpls-spring-inter-domain-oam ==

Three week WGLC ended today (was advertised on MPLS and SPRING lists)

*	Zero comments (support or otherwise)
*	Still missing some IPR disclosures
*	Draft expired yesterday

I assume this is a failed last call. We should:

*	Mark the document in the tracker and wiki as failed
*	Tell the WG and ask if anyone actually cares

Adrian: Extend last call for two weeks

== MNA ==

Slow progress, but in the right direction

*	Requirements

*	Review comments from before substantially addressed
*	Most commenters from before have said “OK”
*	Some issues recently resolved on list
*	Some other “new” issues have been raised
*	Will require a new copy before 2nd WGLC

*	Framework

*	New version addressing my review prepared, but not posted yet
*	Would be ready for WGLC after requirements and new version

No actions

== Retiring Expired WG I-Ds ==

Some discussion and suggestions

I plan a quick spreadsheet for our agreement and then to kill the truly dead (c. 50%)

Adrian to act

== Moving other docs forward ==

draft-ietf-mpls-bfd-directed

*	New version posted
*	Now pending Shepherd Writeup and publication request (Nic)

 <https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-mpls-1stnibble/> draft-ietf-mpls-1stnibble

*	RTG-Dir review being addressed
*	Ready as next WGLC (Adrian)

 <https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-mpls-msd-yang/> draft-ietf-mpls-msd-yang

*	Queued for WGLC
*	Needs RTG Dir review (Tarek)

draft-ietf-mpls-inband-pm-encapsulation

*	Authors want WGLC
*	Need to resolve conflict with MNA

1.	Adrian to find out about implementation
2.	Ask WG which approach to do MNA or eSPL (one of us)

draft-ietf-mpls-sr-epe-oam

*	Tarek to chase authors for Implementation Status

== Next meeting with AD ==

*	Scheduled 29th January
*	Let’s leave it until nearer the time

Andrew will be replaced as our AD in March.

Replacement will not necessarily be Gunter. We should find out by end of January.

Adrian intends to remain as chair until after new AD is settled.

Thanks,

Adrian
