Hi,

Could you elaborate on what is the requirement for RSVP-TE ? Is it only FRR ?

Based on what can I read in the draft, I think it would be good if you look at Segment Routing solution drafts .
I think most of your concerns would be addressed by introducing such solution :
- 100% FRR
- no scaling issue concern compared to TE
- no configuration issue
- natural stitching with BGP 3107
