It has been pointed out to me that one sentence in my review is not
clear....

>> - We need to list a stronger motivation for MNA than just saving
>> special-purpose label space.
>>
>>
I am referring here to this text in the Introduction - "Previously, that
required the allocation of a new special-purpose label or extended
special-purpose label. To conserve that limited resource, an MPLS Network
Action (MNA) approach was introduced to extend the MPLS architecture."

This is correct but this is the only listed motivation currently present in
the I-D. I believe that the existing use-cases can be expanded to include
text that says how the MNA would achieve these functions and act as a
motivation. One can also list that having a general MNA solution is a
better approach than each use-case trying to solve it on an ad-hoc basis.

Hope this helps...

Thanks!
