[mpls] draft-deshmukh-mpls-frr-ext-02 posted — requesting WG adoption

Hi,

We have posted revision -02 of draft-deshmukh-mpls-frr-ext [1]. The -01
version of this draft was presented at IETF 125. The following changes were
made in -02:

   - Path Message Format (new section): Added BNF notation specifying that
   the FAST_REROUTE_EXT object appears after the FAST_REROUTE object in the
   Path message.
   - Bounded Metric TLV Flags: Defined the 8-bit Flags field explicitly — L
   (bit 0) for link-scope, with reserved bits (1-7) documented per standard
   practice.
   - Bounded metrics as hard constraints: Added explicit statement in the
   PLR procedure that bounded metrics MUST be treated as hard constraints that
   the computed path must satisfy.
   - Optimization direction: Added note clarifying that the optimization
   direction (minimize/maximize) is implicit based on the metric type.
   - Bounded Metric TLV uniqueness: Clarified that uniqueness is determined
   by the combination of Metric Type and L flag value.
   - IANA: Added "FAST_REROUTE_EXT - Bounded Metric TLV Flags" as a third
   new registry under RSVP-TE Parameters.
   - Path/Resv capitalization: Aligned with RFC 4090 conventions throughout.
   - Authors: Added Tarek Saad as co-author.
   - Editorial: Fixed grammar, readability, and formatting issues
   throughout.

The authors believe the draft is ready for WG adoption. We would also like
to request early code-point allocation to facilitate interoperability
testing.
