WG,

A week ago I proposed some changes to this document and, hearing no objections,
the authors have made -01 and I have posted it.

Of course, it's a WG document so discussion of the content can continue and
changes can be made.

We hope that the new version will provide some clarity about the use cases for
label-stacking/popping and show how those are not specific to Segment Routing.
Having a discussion about the technical content of the document would be most
welcome.

Thanks,
Adrian
