Finding BoS is not a complication for most LSRs as they do this at the moment.

If you recall at the very start of the project I proposed a method in which the LSE pointed to the PSD that was associated with it*. I still think that this is more in keeping with the MPLS design philosophy than the IPv6 extension header design proposed in draft-song.
