Dear All,
this is a technical refresh. The draft clarifies several aspects of how LSP
Ping is used to bootstrap a BFD session over an MPLS LSP. The draft is
stable and the authors believe is ready for WG AP. The authors welcome your
questions, comments, and suggestions, and appreciate the consideration of
starting the WG AP.

Regards,
Greg (on behalf of the authors)
