Authors,

The MNA chairs have discussed draft-ietf-mpls-mna-usecases.

Our impression is that the draft is close to being stable and in shape
to be prepared for WGLC, the process to start the WGLC looks like this:

- Interim meeting discussion
- RTG dir review
- shepherd/chair review (those two reviews may be done in parallel)
- IPR Poll
- WGLC

Before we ask for the RTG Dir review we'd like to ask the authors if
there are any further changes or updates that they want to do prior to
starting the WGLC process? If there are please do them as speedy as
possible and tell the WG chairs when it is done, if there is not just
tell the chairs.

At the same time we'd like to ask the authors prepare an overview of
open issues and present them in an Interim, the participants should
review the document and submit comments for discussion at this Interim.

WE have been holding off on starting the WGLC process for this draft,
mostly because every time we started to talk about it there has been
talk about "new use cases", but for the last 6 month no new uses cases
has been proposed so we believe we are OK to go now.

We have reserved the Interim meeting 2023-09-28 for this discussion.

Loa,
for the MNA chairs
