Hi,

The new version of this document addresses comments received during the
final WG last call and the IETF last call. These comments included
Directorate reviews and a liaison received from SG15.

You will have seen our response to the liaison at
https://datatracker.ietf.org/liaison/908/ This explains the majority of the
changes to the document.

Other changes include:
- clarify optionality of extra traffic
- clarify difference between extra traffic and best effort traffic
- mention soft and hard preemption
- add definition of protection entity
- move text on concatenated domains from 4.9 to 4.6
- add text on linear protection for P2MP
- clarify fate sharing for bidirectional corouted and associated

Thanks,
Adrian and Nurit
