In the next session, this draft will be presented / discussed in ICCRG.
It doesn’t (currently? forever?) fit the MPTCP charter, but it’s about MPTCP, so MPTCP folks may want to see it.

This short but massive burst is consistently bad when we share a bottleneck, and often LISA also makes things better when not sharing a bottleneck.
