Dear NETCONF WG,

I submitted a new iteration of draft-ahuang-netconf-notif-yang.

This draft defines a YANG model for the notification header of NETCONF Notifications as defined in RFC5277.
Currently this header structure is defined in a XML schema, however, when we want to encode the notification in YANG-JSON or YANG-CBOR, there is not any YANG module defining this structure.
This draft defines the YANG module allowing netconf servers and clients to validate the message when JSON and CBOR is used.

In this iteration we have added a section clarifying the difference between this draft and draft-ietf-netconf-notification-messages and have added some examples on how a JSON and CBOR notification should be encoded.

We would like to request more feedback from the working group.
