I just submitted a new iteration for draft-ahuang-netconf-notif-yang.

No big changes, I only added more examples for two new encodings (XML and CBOR-SID) and proposed the .sid file for CBOR-SID registry. Thanks Carsten for the review and PR.

I would like to request more feedback from the WG and also request the WG adoption.

I believe this draft is filling a gap in YANG-push that is needed for crucial projects such as integrating YANG to the Kafka Schema Registry.
