[Netconf] Fwd: I-D Action: draft-bierman-netconf-restconf-01.txt

FYI,

This RESTCONF draft update fixes some bugs in -00.

I do not know if there will be time at the next IETF meeting
to discuss the technical details.  There should be a discussion
first on the need for RESTCONF and the scope of a charter for
such a work item.
