  The IAB has accepted the IESG recommendation that the Internet Draft
  "A File Format for the Exchange of Images in the Internet"
  <draft-ietf-netfax-netimage-03> be published as a Proposed Standard.
  This document is the product of the Network Fax Working Group of the
  IETF.
