Hi, all,

As a co-author, I support the adoption of this work. It is separated from another WG item in OPSAWG because of its wide applicability.

The groupings defined in this draft now has a couple of consumers, the authors believe different work related to scheduling contexts can benefit from such a common basic definition.

Best Regards,
Qiufang
