Juergen,

I think that there is benefit to use inet:uri even though it is will be
restricted to the “file:” scheme because it is more specific. From the RFC
6021 URI description "Objects using the uri type MUST be in US-ASCII
encoding, and MUST be normalized as described by RFC 3986…”.
