*        How can ECA access specific datastores?
-      Currently no NMDA support for config=true values in <operational> is provided.
-      Access to <candidate> datastore is not possible.
*        Proposal:
In the current ECA model draft, we most focus on self monitoring case, only config-false values are targeted.
However since we allow network management function being moved to the server as local client, why the local client can not access specific datastore in the same way as remote client or the network management system?
