Hi,

It is not really clear how this extension works.
This extension is used to specify the format and semantics of the 'label'
and 'recommended-min'
argument string contents.

Q1) What specific requirements (if any) are being addressed by this
solution?
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-netmod-yang-versioning-reqs-08#name-the-problem-statement

Q2) What happens if the revision-label-scheme value is changed in a new
revision of the module? Are all of the existing label and scattered
recommended-min
statements changed to the new scheme?

Q3) How is it possible to use recommended-min without knowing the revision
scheme
for the imported module (or included submodule)? This is defined in the
imported module.

IMO allowing every module or submodule to use a different versioning system
does not work. Each system will define its own extensions anyway.
E.g., a tool will look for the 'openconfig-version' extension if it
supports OpenConfig.
