I've read this draft and support the adoption of it.

Just mention that we are also working on the ACL extension targeting the enterprise network scenario (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ma-opsawg-ucl-acl/), will see how to coordinate with this work.

Nits:

·         Sec. 3.1     s/confirguration/configuration

·         Sec. 3.2   s/introduing/introducing

·         The text below Figure 1 is confusing, it seems that the same symbol should be used for sentences start with both network controllers and devices.
