Agree.  Unfortunately, it is easy to forget this when submitting the
replacement document and there doesn't seem to be any way to establish this
relationship afterwards.

The big problem with forgetting to do this is that the superseded document
remains on the nfsv4 documents page and can lead to confusion.  This has
been a drag at times when I forgot to correctly deal with the document
replacement question when submitting a working group document.
