This new version is a major change which shifts the focus of the document decisively to v4.1. There are only a few pages left regarding v4.0 which briefly explain the reasons RFC7931 was done. I had originally planned to wait until -11 was ready to expire to continue the gradual shift toward v4.1 that has been going on for the last few revisions. However, some questions that Chuck raised about v4.1 migration caused me to realize that more v4.1-related material was needed. I have incorporated a number of Chuck's suggestions. Some of the new material on the relationship between trunking and migration is relevant to the recent discussion of trunking discovery issues.
