i suppose I should add that Netapp has an NFSv4 server implementation
supporting v3, v4.0, and v4.1 that is shipped and in use for in on-premises
environments and also available on Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and perhaps
some others.   We are working on v4..2 but have not shipped any support.
 We are also working on RDMA suport for NFS. We do support pNFS file.
